Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No. It is a strategy that may or may not benefit you, and we can discuss that as part of your customized marketing plan. -

We are licensed Realtors/Brokers in the state of North Carolina, with 20+ years of cumulative experience. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Absolutely. As part of our dedicated boutique style service, your leasing team will be accessible by text, phone and email. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
We offer direct deposit for full service of property management. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You will need to review and sign all leases. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! Our other company is Hope Tyler Home Team at NorthGroup Real Estate. We channel real estate sales through that part of our business. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants are allowed to pay through the portal or by check. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
That will be determined by you during our strategy and marketing call. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We typically ask for one month's rent as the security deposit. -
How soon can you start managing my property?

What type of properties do you manage?
Residential single family, condos, townhomes, manufactured homes and multifamily units. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive monthly distribution reports and end of year statements. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The security deposit is held in an interest bearing escrow account, with the exception of tenant placement, in which the owner is responsible for collection of all monies.
