Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately no, we operate on an application only basis. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
This is case by case depending on the owner's desires. Most often we collect the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to the first month's rent. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposits may be refundable, assuming only normal wear and tear to the property, and no damages. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent through the tenant portal or by check. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
All pets must be approved by the property owner, and the appropriate non-refundable pet deposit made before pets will be allowed on the premises. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Please review your lease and provide the appropriate written notice of termination to the property management company. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Unless other arrangements have been made per your lease, the owner is usually responsible for repairs to the property, depending on the nature and cause of the repair request. Maintenance requests can be submitted through the tenant portal.
